This item has the best Magic and Lightning defense of any leg armor in the game at +10. Note that Maiden Skirt at +10 has higher physical defense, the same elemental defense, but lower curse resist. If you don't want to spend a slab on either the maiden-skirt or this, the Xanthous Waistcloth +5 has better magic defense than a +9 of either, as well as better physical defense.
