In-Game Description

Talisman utilized by Allfather Lloyd's
cleric knights to hunt down the Undead.

Blocks Estus recovery within a limited area.

In the outside world, the Undead are
accursed creatures, and Lloyd's cleric knights
are widely praised for their Undead hunts.
This blessed talisman blocks Undead recovery,
allowing the knights to fight with impunity.

Use

  • Thrown against an enemy, it will engulf it and block Estus flask recovery within a limited time. Useful especially when invading in PvP against the host.
  • Thrown at a sleeping Mimic will open it without waking it up, so its item can safely be looted without having to fight.
  • Thrown at an aggroed Mimic will result in it going to sleep while opening up, giving the opportunity to safely loot its items and get some free hits in. When the talisman wears off, the Mimic will wake up and continue attacking. Useful for obtaining the Symbol of Avarice.
